"Can we take what we need but take less than we give?"

I believe that when most of us are presented with this question, the first thing that rushes to the forfront of most of our minds is money (a financial question)?  I pose this question to get us thinking.  Can we do this?  Jesus tells us that He wants us to live an abundant life.  The word "abundant" means to have more than we need, to have an excess of something.  If Jesus tells us that we can have more than we need through honoring & worshiping Him, we should put Jesus before all things and He will give us an abudant Life.  Does He mean spiritual, emotional, physical, and financial?  Yes, Yes, Yes and Yes.

So, if He can and will give us more than we need (an abundant life), shouldn't the answer to the question be "Yes" that we can and should in all areas of our liveswork daily on taking what we need but to take less than we give spiritually, emotionally, physically and financially.  Now, if this sounds overwhelming and too big for us, guess what it is!  What we must do is trust in God, surrender our will and ask Him to order our steps every morning and allow God's Holy Spirit to work thru us and have faith in Him that nothing is too big for God, Nothing!

Allow God to direct and guide you and watch miracles unfold around you!!

I want to thank all of you that start you day with "God's Cup of Coffee".  May your cup over flow.

Godspeed,
James Boening
